Mango

Mango is a fruit rich in nutrients, in fact its pulp contains fiber, vitamin C, polyphenols and carotenoids. It is originally from Asia and in fact Mixer selects the best from India and picked at the perfect moment of ripeness.
Its flavor is particular because it can recall a mix of peach, orange and pineapple; it is refreshing and tasty. For these reasons it becomes an interesting ingredient in different varieties of cocktails, from daiquiri to spritz with prosecco and lime juice or prosecco and lemon juice with a sprig of rosemary.

Guava

Subtropical origin fruit, sweet and pleasant, some think it’s a hybrid between a pair and a strawberry.
In many countries, Guava is used in non-sweet cooking dishes and spice mixes. It is among the fruits richest in antioxidants and vitamin C. Its juice is so delicious that it is sometimes called the "nectar of the Gods".
This divine nectar is not easy to find in Italy, but thanks to Mixer it is always available. Only the tastiest ripe fruits from Brazil are selected to make our Mixer puree concentrate. Popular when served with rum or mixed with dragon fruit to make an exceptional punch.

Williams Pear

Did you know that the pear is not a fruit but a pomaceous of the genus Pyrus? The fruit is in fact made up only of the core and its seeds. Its sweetness and its regenerating properties have been enjoyed by man for over 4000 years all over the world. There are over five thousand types, but the most loved of all is the Williams Pear.
There are numerous delicious cocktails that can be prepared with the Mixer puree concentrate, created with Italian Williams pears picked at the perfect moment of ripeness. Among the most popular are cocktails with vodka, but you can also make excellent combinations with brandy, rum and other spirits as well as leaving room for the imagination thanks to the seductive fruity and floral aroma and the sugary flavor.

Pineapple

The name pineapple means “delicious fruit”. In Europe, in the 17th century, it was considered a luxury item and was not only eaten, but also used to decorate the houses and gardens of wealthy families.
Pineapple contains an enzyme, called bromelain, which has anti-inflammatory properties, but be careful, because when combined with dairy products it acquires a bitter taste!
Mixer pineapple puree concentrate can be used easily in many drinks and preparations. The most famous of all? La Piña Colada!
