Did you know that the pear is not a fruit but a pomaceous of the genus Pyrus? The fruit is in fact made up only of the core and its seeds. Its sweetness and its regenerating properties have been enjoyed by man for over 4000 years all over the world. There are over five thousand types, but the most loved of all is the Williams Pear.
There are numerous delicious cocktails that can be prepared with the Mixer puree concentrate, created with Italian Williams pears picked at the perfect moment of ripeness. Among the most popular are cocktails with vodka, but you can also make excellent combinations with brandy, rum and other spirits as well as leaving room for the imagination thanks to the seductive fruity and floral aroma and the sugary flavor.

According to the ancient Chinese, it was the fiery breath of a dragon that created this fruit, and by eating it, soldiers gained strength and valor.
