Lime
Fruit purees, Non-alcoholic
For the heart and for mixing.
Unlike lemon, its scent is drier, lighter and sweeter. It is good for the heart for its mineral content such as potassium, which can regulate the heartbeat and blood pressure.
The acidic taste makes lime the ideal ingredient for many cocktails and drinks: Caipirinha, Caipiroska, Daiquiri, Gimlet, and Mojito are just some of the most famous examples that demonstrate how this fruit can be combined with any alcohol base. Mixer lime puree can be used for batching with a dilution ratio of up to 1:6 for 7 liters of ready-to-use shelf stable lime juice.
