Orzata is traditionally produced only with bitter almond flavor (the so-called benzoin). However, Orgeat Mixer in addition to this component contains real almond paste in addition that "elevates" the product to real almond syrup and gives it a fuller and more consistent flavor. It is ideal for the preparation of coffee-based drinks, cold teas, non-alcoholic drinks, while in mixing it is mainly used for the preparation of tiki cocktails and exotic drinks.Almond is one of the flavors of the Italian tradition for the preparation of sweets and both hot and refreshing drinks.
