Yuzu is widespread in China, Tibet, Japan, and Korea and unlike most other citrus fruits, it can withstand very cold temperatures. It is rich in vitamin C and polyphenols. It is very fragrant and it can be used both in the kitchen and in the beverage sector it works well with gin and to make fresh aromatic cocktails.
