Prickly Pear

Did you know that the prickly pear cactus, originally from the desert regions of Mexico, was spread throughout the Mediterranean basin centuries ago? This plant, with its juicy and colorful fruits, has become a symbol of adaptability and abundance in arid lands. Ancient Mediterranean peoples considered it a gift from nature due to its ability to thrive even in the harshest climates.
Mixer selects the ripest and sweetest prickly pears to create its Concentrated Pulp. A precious ingredient for exotic and refreshing cocktails. Try it in combination with lime and rum, or to give a Mediterranean twist to a classic margarita.

Mango

For those who love complex and fresh tastes.
Mango is a fruit rich in nutrients, in fact its pulp contains fiber, vitamin C, polyphenols and carotenoids. It is originally from Asia and in fact Mixer selects the best from India and picked at the perfect moment of ripeness.
Its flavor is particular because it can recall a mix of peach, orange and pineapple; it is refreshing and tasty. For these reasons it becomes an interesting ingredient in different varieties of cocktails, from daiquiri to spritz with prosecco and lime juice or prosecco and lemon juice with a sprig of rosemary.

Pineapple

The name pineapple means “delicious fruit”. In Europe, in the 17th century, it was considered a luxury item and was not only eaten, but also used to decorate the houses and gardens of wealthy families.
Pineapple contains an enzyme, called bromelain, which has anti-inflammatory properties, but be careful, because when combined with dairy products it acquires a bitter taste!
Mixer pineapple puree concentrate can be used easily in many drinks and preparations. The most famous of all? La Piña Colada!
