According to the ancient Chinese, it was the fiery breath of a dragon that created this fruit, and by eating it, soldiers gained strength and valor. It is rich in iron, vitamin E and phosphorus, useful for fighting free radicals. Our Mixologists, delighted by the oriental charm of this fruit, have created a fusion that we replicated in the final product, adding the aromatic profile of Lychee to the puree of dragon fruit (or Pitaya), to give it a distinctly Asian connotation. Subtropical origin fruit, sweet and pleasant, some think it’s a hybrid between a pair and a strawberry. In many countries, Guava is used in non-sweet cooking dishes and spice mixes. It is among the fruits richest in antioxidants and vitamin C. Its juice is so delicious that it is sometimes called the "nectar of the Gods". This divine nectar is not easy to find in Italy, but thanks to Mixer it is always available. Only the tastiest ripe fruits from  Brazil are selected to make our   Mixer puree concentrate.
