Single Pot Still – Triple Distilled

Distilled in three steps at Drumshanbo, Co Leitrim, in the most rural part of the west of Ireland this whiskey is a single batch that remains true to Irish tradition.
Obtained from a mixture of malted and unmalted barley, with the addition of oats of the BARRA variety, and all those cereals have a strictly Irish origin. The unmalted barley gives a silky feel when combined with Irish oats and creates an intriguing creaminess and spiciness. Aged in small casks of Sherry Oloroso & Kentucky Bourbon.
