Coconut is considered a functional food since it can bring many benefits to the body and was once known as the tree of life. Widely used in Indian cuisine, it has many uses. The fruit itself remains for Italians the symbol of summer at the beach sipping a cold Pina Colada and anyone will tell you that Mixer is the king of the colada!
Most of our coconut ingredients are of Sri Lankan origin. High consumption in beverages in the tiki category or used also for desserts and coconut-flavoured sauces.

Pineapple

The name pineapple means “delicious fruit”. In Europe, in the 17th century, it was considered a luxury item and was not only eaten, but also used to decorate the houses and gardens of wealthy families.
Pineapple contains an enzyme, called bromelain, which has anti-inflammatory properties, but be careful, because when combined with dairy products it acquires a bitter taste!
Mixer pineapple puree concentrate can be used easily in many drinks and preparations. The most famous of all? La Piña Colada!

Subtropical origin fruit, sweet and pleasant, some think it’s a hybrid between a pair and a strawberry.
In many countries, Guava is used in non-sweet cooking dishes and spice mixes. It is among the fruits richest in antioxidants and vitamin C. Its juice is so delicious that it is sometimes called the "nectar of the Gods".
This divine nectar is not easy to find in Italy, but thanks to Mixer it is always available. Only the tastiest ripe fruits from Brazil are selected to make our Mixer puree concentrate. Popular when served with rum or mixed with dragon fruit to make an exceptional punch.

Sacred to Saturn and a symbol of envy, the bramble is considered by poets to be worthy of adorning the Kingdom of Heaven. Blackberry has purifying, diuretic, and anti-rheumatic properties: it is also among the most thirst-quenching fruits in the world!
Blackberry is a precious ingredient for many cocktails. Excellent to combine with gin, but also ideal for an alternative Spritz with prosecco and a dash of vodka. In soft drinks, it goes very well with lemonade poured over ice adding a small piece of ginger. Whoever is old enough to remember Ribena will love it.
