Isla Coiba 15 anos is a dark amber-coloured rum. Intense, complex. You can immediately perceive its refinement with those clear sensations of American oak vanilla. A beautiful very pulpy fruit and a conclusion full of interesting and sweet spices where tobacco commands. Its marine origin does not take long to become apparent through a marine pungency, a sensation very similar to the wet beach.

A rich and varied final olfactory sensation with a nice hint of dark chocolate. With a few drops of water at room temperature the marine essence explodes and a beautiful note similar to freshly burnt orange peel appears. In the mouth it is dense but never redundant. Soft, certainly savoury with vanilla returns defined by chocolate.

Flavour not very long but of remarkable finesse where a dry and decisive note emerges that balances the sensations in a clear and precise way.
