Pineapple
Pineapple
The name pineapple means “delicious fruit”. In Europe, in the 17th century, it was considered a luxury item and was not only eaten, but also used to decorate the houses and gardens of wealthy families.
Pineapple contains an enzyme, called bromelain, which has anti-inflammatory properties, but be careful, because when combined with dairy products it acquires a bitter taste!
Concentrated Pineapple Pulp can be used easily in many drinks and preparations. The most famous of all? La Piña Colada!
