Did you know that the pear is not a fruit but a pomaceous of the genus Pyrus? The fruit is in fact made up only of the core and its seeds. Its sweetness and its regenerating properties have been enjoyed by man for over 4000 years all over the world. There are over five thousand types, but the most loved of all is the Williams Pear.
There are numerous delicious cocktails that can be prepared with the Mixer puree concentrate, created with Italian Williams pears picked at the perfect moment of ripeness. Pineapple

The name pineapple means “delicious fruit”. In Europe, in the 17th century, it was considered a luxury item and was not only eaten, but also used to decorate the houses and gardens of wealthy families.
Pineapple contains an enzyme, called bromelain, which has anti-inflammatory properties, but be careful, because when combined with dairy products it acquires a bitter taste!
