Known by the obsolete names of "Chinese cherry" and "desert grape", the lychee has a whitish and fleshy pulp, exquisitely sweet, with a taste of muscat and pink grapes. Yuzu

The most fragrant citrus.
Yuzu is widespread in China, Tibet, Japan, and Korea and unlike most other citrus fruits, it can withstand very cold temperatures. It is rich in vitamin C and polyphenols. It is very fragrant and it can be used both in the kitchen and in the beverage sector it works well with gin and to make fresh aromatic cocktails. Mixer makes Yuzu puree has a high percentage of real Yuzu juice in its product making it a great choice for Mixologists. Try it also blended with cold tea!

Lime

For the heart and for mixing.
Unlike lemon, its scent is drier, lighter and sweeter. It is good for the heart for its mineral content such as potassium, which can regulate the heartbeat and blood pressure.
The acidic taste makes lime the ideal ingredient for many cocktails and drinks: Caipirinha, Caipiroska, Daiquiri, Gimlet, and Mojito are just some of the most famous examples that demonstrate how this fruit can be combined with any alcohol base. Mixer lime puree can be used for batching with a dilution ratio of up to 1:6 for 7 liters of ready-to-use shelf stable lime juice.
