Produced by Wenneker, one of the most renowned ancient genever distilleries in the Netherlands, this distillate is absolutely excellent both drunk neat and used in blending. Islay Cask Finish takes its golden color from aging in Islay Single Malt Scotch Whiskey barrels. The properties of the different wooden barrels can give each batch slightly different organoleptic characteristics, but this does not affect the fundamental characteristics of the final result. Alcolici, Gin e GeneverCarefully selected wheat, malt alcohol base and juniper berries are the main ingredients of this precious family recipe. The wide range of spices used in the main distillate for Oude Proever is left to soak in a special still for at least three days. The final distillate is mixed with Malt spirit, wheat alcohol and water, then everything is aged for a few years in American oak barrels.Carefully selected wheat, malt alcohol base and juniper berries are the main ingredients of this precious family recipe.
