Blackberry is a precious ingredient for many cocktails. Excellent to combine with gin, but also ideal for an alternative Spritz with prosecco and a dash of vodka. The acidic taste makes lime the ideal ingredient for many cocktails and drinks: Caipirinha, Caipiroska, Daiquiri, Gimlet, and Mojito are just some of the most famous examples that demonstrate how this fruit can be combined with any alcohol base. Mixer lime puree can be used for batching with a dilution ratio of up to 1:6 for 7 liters of ready-to-use shelf stable lime juice.
